Modern life is stressful, and can overwhelm you. You may feel you need someone to talk to who is not a friend or family. This is the time to seek help with a qualified person who is not connected with your life, and won’t judge you. I may be that person. I will work alongside you in whatever issue you bring to help you towards a solution.
There are two different types of stress, good stress and bad stress. Good stress can help you to be more productive in your life while bad stress can lead to a number of issues such as depression and health problems.
We all need stress in our lives to enable us to function, but too much of the wrong type of stress can lead to long-term physical and mental health problems. Most of us suffer from bad stress sometimes in our lives.
I can help by teaching you techniques to help you cope in your daily life, and look at the reason why you are stressed. I use a number of different techniques such as self-hypnosis, relaxation and therapeutic forms of breathing etc.
